We Are Rebels Ourselves

We crave the suppleness of pork butt, the perfect collision of chimi vinaigrette atop shrimp, the addition of a spicy punch in a margarita, and even a twist on the cult classic Elote.

We started with Andres and Tricia Velez’s culinary vision for a food truck, and have grown to be much more. Our team includes the friends you never knew you needed: chefs that master the art of flavor, bartenders that know how to shake that shaker, and servers who know what it means to be family.
